There are three colours available in this series of Anti-Slip coatings which are very handy for armour modellers. Many tanks have anti-slip coatings, with Challenger, Abrams and Merkava all immediately coming mind. This new material comes in a tube and in 3 different colours, Black, Sand and Brown. Add the paste to the surface and stipple with a sponge to create the texture you are after. They suggest 2 layers of the material to get more density. Another useful material for armour modellers.
The Black colour is a finer grain, and is ideal for smaller scale models, 1/72 & 1/76, while both the Sand and the Brown are for 1/35. Apply a thin coat by brush, and then 'stipple' with a stiff brush, such as a stencil brush. They all go on very nicely and they dry hard in 24hrs. I applied all three to a part from my spare box, just to illustrate them all. So, on the photos you can see them in broad side-by-side strips. Neat and simple, nicely done.
