Military Model Scene

I rather like the 1/48 range of vehicle models from Tamiya, and conveniently this one goes well with aircraft models in the same scale..  It builds nicely and you have an option of fitting the doors on the side hose doors open or closed.  There are a couple of crew figures (not finished yet) so you can set it up in a refuelling diorama.  Based on the chassis of the GMC truck Tamiya always manage to do a neat job of their kits.

Other than finish the figures, this is simply done in overall Olive Drab and has been waiting ages for me to apply the transfers, which I finally got round to.  I also need to paint the frame of the windshield and add some light weathering...
