Yet more for those interested in the IJN of WW2 with Kagero's series of computer generated Super Drawings in 3D.  In this one the subject is the 'Fubuki' ('snowstorm') from a class of 24 vessels, with these fast, well armed Japanese Destroyers.  In the usual styles of these books, the opening bages give the background story, and the service history of the type.  The remainder of this 92 -page softcpver book holds the excellent 3D colour images of the Fubuki which illustrate the full hull profiles and detailed elements of all the superstructure, fittings, armament etc. which go together to make the external appearance of the vessel.

Also tucked into the book is a separate, large, fold-out sheet which has large 1/200 scale drawings of the Fubuki, ideal if you fancy building your own.  On the flip side of this sheet are additional drawings showing things such as the twin and single AA weaponry, plus the detail of the torpedo tubes, main armament and more.

These were heavily armed destroyers, and designed with a view to night operations as well.  Three torpedo launchers, each with three individual tubes plus the three main gun turrets, each with twin 127mm guns.

Another fine addition to this series from Kagero
